We Are A Non-Profit

We Need and Appreciate Your Support

We are a community owned non-profit organization that serves as the medical home for more than 12,000 people in Johnston, Harnett and Sampson counties. More than half of our patients have incomes below 200% of the federal poverty level. We want to continue to be the place where everyone can receive quality, cost effective medical care.

That is why we need your help.

As a non-profit, we partner with other community resources, but even with those partnerships we still need additional financial support to meet the healthcare needs of our growing community. Would you please consider a charitable tax-exempt donation to help us continue serving the underserved?

Contact William W. Massengill, Jr., CEO, at 919-894-2011 for more information.

Just a few examples of support we provide to our community:

  • We partner with the NC Office of Rural Health, which assists us with funding to provide medical visits to low income patients.
  • We provide free sports physicals at South Johnston High School.
  • Since 2006, we have collaborated with the NC Farm Workers Project to provide primary healthcare services, including immunizations, to nearly 300 farm workers each year.
